In today’s world, managing technical infrastructure demands precise and well-calculated solutions. Rising operational costs and logistical disruptions in vehicle maintenance are forcing companies to seek new operational models.

Traditional methods of managing large fleets and warehouse complexes are no longer effective, causing executives to lose control over expenses. The root cause is outdated approaches.

Strategic manager Artur Tatevosian solves these challenges through workflow automation. He brings fifteen years of experience in the rigorous logistics and automotive transport sectors.

His approach proved its effectiveness in practice during market shifts — the enterprise under his leadership maintained its structure and retained clients through the crisis.

In 2023, the expert community recognized these achievements with the “Znak Yakosti” (Quality Mark Ukraine) national award for effective commercial real estate and auto service management. Today, Tatevosian’s practical experience is shaping new standards for the entire industry.

Maintaining Business Structure under Extreme Conditions

Artur Tatevosian manages an enterprise in Zaporizhzhia. The technical facility combines production space leasing with commercial vehicle servicing.

He possesses a deep understanding of both the financial and technical aspects of the business, completely eliminating errors in reports or estimates. It is impossible to deceive this top manager with numbers.

While the market crisis forced many companies to shut down, Tatevosian has 15 years of crisis management experience in logistics. Having personally managed operations at the facility under extreme conditions, he ensured the enterprise withstood the crisis and maintained its structure, while clients continued to utilize the company’s spaces and service zones.

Minimizing Losses through Technical Zone Control

First and foremost, Tatevosian addressed operational disruptions by digitalizing processes. Digital control was implemented across key nodes of the enterprise:

  • End-to-end tracking and logging of every technical part;
  • Automated monitoring of fuel and lubricant consumption;
  • Optimization of routine staff actions and the elimination of redundant tasks without losing man-hours.

Fleets often suffer losses due to vague reporting. Digital control solves this issue as well, providing the owner with precise performance metrics.

In 2023, Tatevosian became a laureate of the “Znak Yakosti Ukraina” national award. The organizers presented him with the award in the category of “Leader of the Year in Integrated Auto Service and Commercial Real Estate Management.”

Crisis Models and Blockchain: The Scientific Works of Artur Tatevosian

The expert systematized his experience through two scientific papers for specialized publications.

The articles were published in the American Journal of Industrial and Business Management and The American Journal of Management and Economic Innovations. They outline infrastructure administration models under crisis conditions, with the second paper also exploring the integration of cryptocurrency payments in the auto service industry.

Also this year, Tatevosian released a comprehensive methodological guide in the international scientific publication UL Open Access. The work received an official digital object identifier (DOI). Industry peers gained access to Artur’s methodologies to optimize their own technical bases.

The developed crisis model is, de facto, a ready-made, scalable tool. The proposed administration algorithms are applicable for optimizing large transport and logistics hubs as well as commercial warehouse zones, both locally and within international infrastructure.

Judging Roles and Status in the Ambassadors Club

The international business community Ambassadors Club welcomed Artur Tatevosian into its ranks. The club brings together top managers and owners of major infrastructure projects, with membership requiring proven business achievements from its candidates.

Furthermore, in 2024, Tatevosian joined the jury of a major industry award, the Quality Mark Business Excellence Award. He served on the expert committee for the Integrated Automotive & Commercial Infrastructure Operations category, evaluating the operational performance of other companies.

Scaling Service Standards

Currently, Tatevosian is shaping a new business development concept. The expert plans to build a large-scale automotive hub that will combine high-quality vehicle maintenance with a comfort zone for owners.

Vehicle care will become a transparent philosophy for owners, who will no longer have to worry about the results when leaving their transport for servicing. A pragmatic approach to processes and digital control will form the foundation of this project.
