Leading camera maker HIKMICRO will introduce two new thermal monoculars at the hunting show in Dortmund in 2025, setting a new mark for thermal hunting technology. The FALCON 2.0 and CONDOR LRF 2.0 devices will be shown at Germany’s biggest hunting event, held at the Dortmund event center from January 28 to February 2.

Each of HIKMICRO’s new models will have thermal imaging capabilities to spot heat from animals farther away, making them very useful for hunting pros and people watching wildlife. These will meet hunters’ needs for better night-vision gear, focusing on comfort and real-world use.

Advancing One-Handed Operation

HIKMICRO has worked on making its devices easier to use with one hand over the past year. The company’s expert, Mr. Wang, says, “We’ve made the FALCON and CONDOR models better, with improved performance and simpler one-handed use. These changes keep the high-quality images while making the devices more user-friendly.”

The new devices will demonstrate HIKMICRO’s commitment to “Continually Make Crafted Confidence” for hunters by improving technology while respecting hunting traditions. The company has conducted extensive research and testing to create products that will truly help make hunting better.

Boosting Image Quality and Usability

The FALCON 2.0 and CONDOR LRF 2.0 show HIKMICRO’s “Mastery Made Easy” approach, offering clear images and easy one-handed use. The CONDOR has a built-in distance meter and curved design, while the FALCON keeps a round shape with an optional in-lens distance meter.

The improvements will include a more sensitive thermal detector that can detect small temperature changes and show more precise details on the screen. This helps hunters spot and identify animals more easily in all conditions. The laser rangefinder function can measure up to 1000 meters away, helping hunters aim more accurately.

HIKMICRO has also fixed image freezing problems with its new Shutterless Image System for smooth viewing. An improved 21700 battery will last over 6 hours, and hunters can quickly change batteries or use power banks for more extended hunts.

Enhancing Ease of Use

The new back focus wheel and line of buttons will allow easy one-handed use for everyone. Users can focus with just one finger, quickly switching between close and far objects.

The buttons will be simpler, with up/down arrows that can be felt in the dark. They work quietly to avoid scaring animals, and different carrying options like neck and wrist straps keep the device easy to reach.

The smaller CONDOR and round FALCON suit left- and right-handed users and have rubber grips that work well in any weather. The Sight App also adds features like live viewing, sharing images and videos, and getting updates.

HIKMICRO will continue advancing thermal technology to make hunting easier and better. The company’s overseas director, Stefan Li, says the company wants to keep creating exact, quick, and simple ways for hunters to see at night. These new devices show how HIKMICRO is true to its goal of going beyond the boundaries of what is possible in thermal devices for hunters.
